Looks like I get a chance to use my passport for the 1st time in a couple weeks. I've been practicing with Khalil's group "The New Royals" and was asked if I could do a show on the 25th in Canada. This is only the beginning because they are the most talked about group in the industry right now so no telling what can happen with this one. It's funny how things work out because I was out of town the first time they practiced so they got another drummer, but I guess because he had personal issues he wasn't focused on the music. So khalil asked me at the jay-z concert if I could do a couple of rehearsals with them to see if we would work out. Well I guess it's working out because I've been at every rehearsal since last week. I'm hoping everything works out this has been a dream to be able to travel and do music.

Reconized by my hometown

Somebody brought this 2 my attention, it's the peter parkers radio show back in Minneapolis (B96) and he's showing love to some local artist I know. Tony Bones, Mike the martyr, and fic. The track was produced by Mike, and at the end peter has people call in to give there feedback. For those that don't know I'm originally from Minneapolis, and have been doing music production up there for years. So anywayz listen around the 4 minute mark when people start calling peter parker,he gives me a nice shout out. It feels good to know my hometown still rooting for me. I put in a lot of hard work up norf ya dig!!! lol

What an experience last night was!! being able to go see Jay-z and Em for the first time. It's funny how things happen, I went to the grocery store and drove past the venue and saw they were setting up for the night. When I saw it was jay-z and em I called khalil to see if we could get in that joint. But when I got home I saw it was a private event and only big movie stars/celebs could get in. Knowing I'm not one lol... I said O well at least I tryed and started making beats. So around 9 khalil calls me like "get ready I'm on my way we going!" Remember.. you should be ready at all times in this industry I already had my camera charged but phone wasn't charged... and because I was rushing I left my id, credit cards, and money....I was slipping but It was all good, food was free and so was liquor. Overall it was a dope experience I stood by jimmy Iovine, and lyor Cohen's was right in front of me two power houses in the industry. Also I chopped it up with Andy Milonakis told him how dope his show was lol. He was pretty drunk! Also chopped it up with jay's drummer tony we getting up soon.
